Iphone Support

hy my name is chris parker i live in  london uki , for the past 2 years i have had an iphone that had 3. 1 software installed. a litte while ago i accidently update the software with the latest version, hence the phone is no locked, i have talked to apple and they told that the iphone is locked to rogers of cananda when i gave them the imei number 011985003459145  i was hoping rogers would unlock the phone for me , i hope this gets to the right department many thanks chris
