When Steaming On Roku The Program Keeps Pausing To Load The Program. I Only One

Only one roku streaming in the house. I have already checked for software updates for the roku but there are none. I've tried to go into the settings for roku but no help. 

I Know the Answer!

The usual suspect for stoppage to load the cache is the speed of the broadband connection, the minimum to have a good stream is about 6 MB.
