Ticket's Problem

Hello,I have a problem: I made a check in and you sent me my tickets on email,when I opened it instead of letters and numbers were "hieroglyphics" and ?????? , I do not understand why is that and what can I do to solve this problem.I am really looking forward to hear from you as soon as possible Best Regards Olga
