Contacting A Live Person
I have been trying to get my lost SafeLink phone replaced for weeks, but I can not reach anyone. How in the world do I reach someone? I have a replacement code, but no where to enter it to have my phone replaced. What do I do? And why in the world are you folks so hard to get a hold of?

2. You didn't say what phone number you used. You may have called the regular number, 800-SAFELINK (723-3546). There is however a special phone number for this purpose, 800-378-1684.
3. You also have the option of writing. See the address here at the bottom.
4. Another option is to call corporate. See the contact information here: http://www.corporateofficeowl.com/SafeLink%20Wireless/Corporate%20Office.
