Every Month For The Last 6 Months I Have To Call A Supervisor To Get My Minutes
It takes about 3 hrs every month of explaining all the problems I've had with my Safelink phone/service before I can receive my monthly minutes. Sometimes it even takes several people before I get someone who can figure it all out. Safelink has lost my phone in the mail. Given my minutes to someone else (they said), given my phone number to someone else (they said), cancelled my account in error (two times). Can you please help me. I haven't received my minutes for February yet and can't even get through on either of their customer service lines (there are two).
