Receiving Monthly Minutes

I cannot get my minutes!  I have been out of town, remembered only that I could go to "Air Time" and put in "555" when prompted, then "No Promo Code."  It said "Keep your phone one, etc...." which I do anyway...regardless...then several times it read, "Service Not Available At This Time, Try Again Later."  Very frustrating!  What happened to just plain old keeping your phone on to receive them?

I DID THE 555 PROGRAM, BUT IT STATED THERE WERE NO UPDATES.
