My Elderly Mother Has Lost Pin And Customer Number
My elderly mother has lost the pin number and customer number for safelink phone. I was on the phone last Sunday for an hour and they coudn't help me because I didn't have those numbers. Her current phone is hanging up on people, calling people and we didnt' know it, and its hard to hear on. How can I get her new phone without those numbers?
