Many Unsuccessful Attempts To Retrieve Missing Minutes For (216)456-1356
Carl Merrill, my son, has not received his monthly minute
allotment despite using the SafeLink 555 add airtime. All we have been told is that you have received a request and are processing it. The aforementioned response has been the same for the last two and one-half hours. Afterwards, we,once again,received the response from the phone that your system is down and to try and again later. Why?
