I Student Loan Deferrment Hardship That Was Applied For

I thought my srudent loan was still under hardip terms didn't know it was over due to having some financial issues with my mortgage,had to bury my father July19th. of last year due to no insurance, lost of child support due to chldren father not keeping a job to pay.  Just got mortgage modified through one of you alls programs and need a little more time to start repayment due to financial circumstances that;s taking place now
