System Error Too Many Times. Even Talked To Sm. What Next?

I have spent too much time trying to cosign a loan. It keeps saying I don't have the right browser--but I do! Keeps saying system error. I have a macbook. Have called SM many times and they aren't able to figure it out! I tried different computers too! Can't they send me a paper to sign?
