You can reach Customer Service by callling directly at 888-746-7726 and navigating through the automated menu. Have your membership number ready. Press 2 and follow the menu to make your next selection.
The phone hours are Monday-Friday 8:00am to 8:00pm CST; Saturday from 9:00am to 5:00 pm Central Standard Time; and on Sunday the hours are 10:00am - 6:00pm CST.
You can of course write to Sam's Club after a conversation to confirm that which was discussed. Probably not a bad idea.

Another option for some problems but not for billing is to use the Answers menu (several pages of options) to select your issue.
