Greetings - You may have to hard reset your B5702 - (ITS ONLY THAT HARD RESETTING WILL ERASE EVERYTHING CURRENTLY STORED ON THE PHONE'S MEMORY) - You can find the instruction on how to hard reset your phone below if you do not mind loosing your data (though you may not have too much options) -
1. First take out both the Sim Card and the memory card
2. On the stand-by screen - Dial *2767*3855#
Your phone should soon be restore to its factory/out-of-box state
