I Can't Use The Digimax S800 With The Cd-rom
is it possible use the digimax s800 on a notebook with windows 8 64 bit?

It it doesn't work then you can buy a USB card reader like this one. Simply remove the SD card from the camera, put it in the reader, and plug it into your PC.
