When Playing Any Dvd It Stops And Sticks Up To 50 Mins Into The Film Any Tips?

HAVING PROBLEMS WITH PLAYING DVDS THEY STICK WE HAVE BOUGHT A DVD HEAD CLEANR BUT NEVER SOLVED THE PROBLEM
