how do i find my contract numbers on my samsung electronic products no one at samsung seems to understand my question

I'm not sure I understand either. You don't have a contract with Samsung. Are you talking about the ESN/MEID number required to activate a phone? If so, usually somewhere in your phone's menu (I can't be more specific not knowing what phone you are using) there is something listed like 'Phone Info'. Go into that menu. Look for phone ID or ESN/MEID. This is the number that makes your phone special to a carrier basically. I hope this helps, when you say contract number, the only number that would be linked to a contract is the ESN/MEID.
