From the Home screen, tap the icon of the telephone and then tap 1. That will get you access to your voicemail account. Then, follow the voice prompts to finish your setup.

If you'd like a visual, go here and download (or view) the User's Manual for your phone. Your directions are on page 11.

Note: It states in the manual that the above method of accessing your voicemail may differ depending on your service provider.
