Error Message

the last few days, my phone has been showing an error message saying that it's unable to connect or not connected. I don't have my bluetooth or wifi on, I've reset the phone to its factory settings, and I've tried leaving the phoen off, taking the SIM card out, and everything, and it STILL is showing the error message every few minutes. What's wrong with it and how do I fix it?!
