Cell Phone Freeze
The cell phone is freeze at the booting screen and it does not proceed to starting up, any assistance please

It seems that your phone is bootlooping. This is a term used to describe a phone that goes to boot with the android logo and then restart again the process.
You could hard reset your phone usually this solves the problem.(warning: this will erase all your application . data, settings)
1. Power down your phone.
2. Press and hold Menu Button + power on for at least 10 seconds
3. It will then enter recovery mode,
4. Select wipe data/factory reset option
5. After the process select reboot system now. Then your phone will reboot and check if it solves the problem by installing an application and running it. thanks for dropping by and have a nice day.
