Master Reset Jitterbug Samsung Sph-a310
I have the above phone that belonged to my father up until he passed away apprx 3 years ago. I would like to do a master reset on it but there isn't any menu selection I can use. Do I enter the numbers as though I'm dialing a phone number? It doesn't seem to work....any help will be greatly appreciated.
