How To Reset Pass Code

I CHANGED MY PHONE NUMBER AND IT TOLD ME NOT TO PRESS ANY KEYS AND OR YOUR PHONE WILL RESET AND I DID PRESS A KEY ON ACCIDENT AND NOW MY PASS CODE IS NOT WORKING ANYMORE
