Voicemail Does Not Work Error T9110.

when i call voicemail i get busy signal,call in get answer call back later.

You probably have your account set up to auto pay. This is a third party app which wont activate unless there is money in your account. Deposit $10 or so to your account, re-subscribe, and it should work fine.
