Problem With Ddns Resolution

Dear,Please, can you help me.Since many weeks , i encounter a problem with the DNS resolution:I am the owner of a SRD 450 video recorder SAMSUNG and it is impossible to connect by the public address of my adsl box.This address is changed frequently by the adsl company, that is correct for my contract.But the resolution is not correct, or not made.I try to restart the srd device many times without success. And also the boxWhen I launch a lookup on my dns, a different address is returned. (All time the same).Note that a function test (DDNS TEST) is implemented on the video recorder , the respond is "Fail".The device is correct for seeing by the local device or by public address when i can see it in the box.But it is not possible outside.Thanks very much for your help, and for transmit my demande on the right service.
