Unable To Hear Voice From Caller

I ordered mobile from flipkart 3 months back.Now its not working properly I mean While i receive a cal i cant hear sound properly from the caller.Am searching for samsung servie station in Hyderabad.can any one tell me which is the best service station in Hyderabad?
