Tv From Sanyo Won't Turn On

How to turn on my TV I tried the usual but it doesn't seem to work.

For around 60 seconds, press and hold the TV's Power button. Replug the television. On the TV's body, press and hold the Volume Up and Menu buttons. Hold these buttons in place while pressing the Power button once.
