On-board Computer System. How To Reset Codes For.

I have replaced my catalactic converter, new exhaust system, new ignition switch, new starter, new tires in the last 9 months.   Now my car won't pass inspection because two codes keep saying not ready to read.   One is:  Catalyst (G)NMHC Catalyst (D);  Not Ready.   2:  evaporative System (G)/Unsupported (D): (G=Gasoline; D=Deisel)  Not Ready.   How do I solve this problem and get my car inspected?
