Brake Noise

2009 SATURN VUE AWD EX 3.5L SLOWING DOWN FROM HIGH SPEEDS THE BKAKES MAKE A LOW GROWLING NOISE. THE SUV HAS ONLY 26,000 MILES. REPLACED FRONT PADS & ROTORS, STILL MAKES NOISE?
