Missing 'how To' On Seagate Go Flex
I am using windows 8.1 and all programs are up to date. Seagate dashboard tests hardrive as OK but when I try to memeo backup it can't find the drive and tells me it can't find the destination. The Seagate dashboard part of the program is missing the section "how to" so I can't add a drive. It will only show the "C" drive on my computer. What can I do to rectify this situation?
