2/1/09 Bought Snow Blade. Useless. Wrong Size. Chains Unavailable. How Return?
How return useless blade? No snow till 2010 and no chains avalable for Tractor model 917.27535. They sold me the wrong blade, 42", not 38". I want my money for blade returned and without penalty.
