What Rights Does A Customer Have If A Layaway Item Is Sold By The Store.
I purchased a gas grill for a discounted price the product was subsequently sold by the store . please note this item was purchase on line and I called the store to confirm the item was set aside.

If you fulfilled all the terms of your layaway contract, Sears is obligated to hold the item for you. See this Sears page.
