Serial Number And Model

We had a refrigerator delivered on June 11, 2011. I searched for the serial and model number on the receipt but could not locate it. I am a small person and am unable to pull the refrigerator from its location. My home/delivery address is 3633 Green Spring Drive, San Antonio, Texas. My home phone number is 210.490.1650. I have been hold for at least twenty minutes. I feel myself getting annoid. Thank you.

the model and serial number are not on the receipt - normally there is a litle plate or sticker when you open the door and it's on the inside of the door. Sometimes the owners manuel will show you in the booklet where the numbers are and most of the time the bookle has the model number
