Energy Level Indicator
my 5m42 stopped working. after having it repaired by my local seiko agent i was told it needed a new movement. i have it back now and noticed it will not take a full charge (second hand only moves from twelve to four) and at times will only go from twelve to three,(fifteen seconds), which never happened before. why is this happening ? is there any i can do or recommend to my seiko dealer ? . thanks for reading this
