How Can I Cancel This From Happening. Also, If It Does Happen How Can I Get The

My watch was let untouched for 2 minutes when Day and Date Display was selected. The digital time and city name has disappeared and only the day and date are shown. I acknowledge that to show the digital time and city name ("Data") all I have to do is press one of the 4 buttons. After doing that I have found that the Data disappears and I have to again press one of the buttons. My QUESTION is: how can I stop the Data from disappearing?

This is not normal behavior, and your watch will almost certainly need professional servicing. For referral, use the contact information at https://www.contacthelp.com/seiko/customer-service. If there's any way to fix the issue yourself, the rep will tell you.
