Shuts Off After Draining
my husband just drained the unit and now a few minutes after starting all three lights flash indicating that the unit needs to be drained. Any ideas?

If you refer to the user manual it states that one should wait 3 minutes after switching off before restarting. This could well be your issue. Check out page 8 of the guide downloadable from this link.
