Our Register Will Not Turn On
restarted it several times. will not turn on ..... help

Firstly check the power supply is OK. Then try a system reset by removing the battery. Leave for about 15 minutes to discharge and then restart with the power. There may be an internal fuse that has failed. If it is just broken you could be safe replacing it. But if it is blackened inside then there is a serious fault which needs investigating first. I have attached a link to the user guide which should give you details on how to run a system reset.

The power button may be broken or the cord could be tangled/shorted. Check these and you'll find a solution.
