No Access No Support

for over a month I have been calling and emailing support with zero response or even an person at the support number to speak with.I can't access my account because I'm not receiving a text for 2-way authentication even though I get emails stating its been sent. A block was placed on my card, I can't message support via the app because I can't log in and that's what the recording on the support phone line tells me to do. I just want my money.
