Need To Cancel A Booking.
Dear SIA,
I made a booking for 3 in the family to LA leaving 26 May 2012.However I have to cancel my daughter's ticket due to unforseen circumstances. However online the instructions were I had to cancell all 3 tickets.
How do I cancell only one ticket?
What are the admin fees and how will the money be refunded ?
If I give you my booking refernce can you help ?

Hi there, you will need to contact the travel agency which you book through in order to let them know, if you book directly through Singapore Airlines, you will need to contact them by phone, or you can contact them by e-mail.
Go to www..singaporeair.com/ and go to the contact us section, they should have contact details for your country
