Needle Not Threading With Bobbin

I just got a new singer 3337 I have only used it like twice. It got jammed and I turned the handwheel backwards a couple times. Now it won't thread with the bobbin correctly.What can I do to fix this?

Why is my needle not picking up my bobbin thread?

You could be holding the needle thread too tight. Hold the thread lightly to keep the end from going down into the shuttle. The needle could be thread incorrectly. Thread the needle eye from the front to the back.
