Incorrectly Changed Accounts

My service ran on my 2013 GMC Danali. We have two other vehicles with Seriusxm subscriptions. I was not aware the plan on my daugher's car (2014 Kia Forte) had already been paid for as a gift by her grandparents. I would like to bundle my plan with my wifes or watever term you use to get the best rates. (Wife's car is a 2014 Kia Optima) Howevr, her plan is paid through the year and I was not told whether we would get reimbursed for the amounts already paid on her plan. I have no ide how this has been affected now? Bottom line, I want the sevice I purchased for my car tonight and if there are deals available involving my and my wife's car as well, I want to know about those. If it does not make sense to add/combine our accounts, then I want her's left as is and mine purchased as requested 12/22/13 (PST) Last issue, I want to be able to download the app that lets me listen to Seriusxm on my IPHONE and IPAD, which I understand was purchesed tonight when I renewed my subsciption. Since, this issue is now somewhat messed up, I would like confirmation I am not paying through the roof for the plan I have always had except for the mobile device use. Obviously, I need to know what the mobile advice use costs. The representative I dealt with was extremely pleasant and I am not angry. I just realized I did not have an understanding how the billing worked and what was paid, should be reimbursed, etc... Thank You. Oh, one last thing. Howard goes and I go.
