Canceling My Account

I have a new account. It is not what I wanted. My computer does not meet your requirements. I want to cancel my account. I tried to use the instructions and find my way to a place where I can cancel my account. It did not work. Can I talk to someone in customer service? How do I proceed? Can you cancel my account?
