E Mail Request For Credit Card Details

I keep getting ‘e’ mails regarding my 'Auto-recharge agreement' I don’t understand, I top up my account as and when required, and I don't have an 'Auto-recharge agreement' I don’t have a credit/debit card with the following number? ECMC-SSL XXXX-2609. Can you please explain?
