Why Am I Running Out Of Credit

i just paid you thirty dollars and some cents U.S. last month for U.S. and canada calling to any phone anytime. i might hacve been double charged. now i'm being told i'm running out of credits. and this company is an absolute nightmare to get anything done with. i do like skype but your custmer service is god awful. please lets take care of this between us. my skype name is bsbd69
