Can I Have A Skype Number So Could Receive Calls On My Mob From Any Noskype Phon

I want to recieve calls on my mobile from customers and be able to distinguish them from personal phones on my mobile. so can i have a skype number which would automatically call my mobile when the number is called from any other phone not using skype and will this call be identifiable as calling my skype number.
