Wont Log Me In

plse dont say i putting in wrong password im not stupid not to remember a simple thing a a password put in about 10 time, changed it about 10 times, just wont log me in, says unidentified, bought a subscriptions i cant use, waht kind of a system is this this, did not have a problem like this ever bafore, with any co. and no live person to talk to , i have 400 minutes for this monthn i would like to use it or have my money refunded.Hope there are taking next month payment without my permission.
