I signed up for your special price of $4.99 to upgrade to 5.0 for group calling. but I was charged the first time at $10.00 and then again at $9.99 when I tried to cancel the Auto pay. Can you help with charging me the correct price of the $4.99 & credit the incoreect two amounts back to my Citibank checking acct?
