Taken Money Out Of My Account That I Did Not Authorise......

I have notice on my last bank statements that skype has withdrew £28.75 twice on the same out of my account. I did not authorise this and I am very furious, I need to speak to someone to resolve this but I cannot find any customer support. Can someone please help me with a number or email adress please. thank you leane
