Account Inaccessibility.

I have tried twice to access my account but having forgotten my password was given a code which didn't work - twice! Finally I was told to wait 24 hours before trying again. I tried opening a new account but this didn't work becuase I tried using my VISA card (my onlu credit dcard) but this was refused beccause I had alryady used it on my previous account. I have no other telephone and rely upon SKYPE for all of my calls. It is my lifeline. I am a parasplegic and limited in movement. I need this SKYPE. Can someone solve this problem please? There is no way of contacting SKYPE and their questions and answers information doesn't cover this provblem. Derrick Sherwin
