Disconnection Between Primary Contacts; Can't Hear Incoming Calls
I recently was able to finally connect with my partner in the USA, for two days, then suddenly I was not able to see him - no video camera was available. He could hear me, but I could not hear him. My friend who works with me tried to skype me. I could not hear her, but she could see and hear me. What should I do. I am a paying customer and so is he. I've paid for a year's subscription, but have only been able to use this service fully and successfully a few sporatic times. Please help!
