Friend Recently Set Up On Skype. Knows When I Am On-line, Makes The Video Call,

no problems. I, however, cannot tell when she is on-line, therefore the green "make video call" icon is disabled and call cannot be made? Is this a problem at her end or mine, and how do we fix.
