Hi. Have Downloaded Free Skype - Can't Figure Out How To Import A Contact

I see no option for 'contacts' on the home page. I have Microsoft windows, and AOL 9.6 HELP!

We currently support importing contacts from a variety of different sources which are constantly being updated. The application I use is not listed for importing contacts.
