My Skype Keeps Saying That Is Has Stopped Working

I did a system restore, deleted shared hml files, uninstalled skype twice, upgraded skype, disabled firewall & antivirus tried other webcam software and it works, updated webcam driver and ran virus scans. Please help me.... thank you antonella
